Fossil Hunting in
Organ Cave
On this tour, we go fossil hunting in the commercial or wild sections of the cave where we wear helmets, lights and knee pads. You bring your own hand held flashlight. We furnish the helmet with light, plus knee pads and gloves.
Children ages 6 to 10yrs of age will only be taken into the commercial section.
Any artifacts found will be photographed and logged by date and location. All finds will stay at Organ Cave. You will be given credit for the find by name.
You must pack a lunch and drink for the trip in a backpack for yourself.
All trips will be accompanied by a trained guide.
These trips will be 4-5hrs approx.
The cost will be $90 per person plus tax.
Waivers must be signed by legal guardian or parent if under 18yrs of age.
We also need two people minimum for each hunt.
Locations of any finds are to be kept confidential unless authorized by Organ Cave Inc.
